No gym last night. Body is in recovery mode. Smoke is gone outside! ☺️
223.8 lb Lost so far: 67.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The smoke is gone! Some rain showers and cooler weather cleared out the smoke.
