Yay! I'm back below 150lbs. I'm starting to really get the hang of keeping track of portions/calories. Now, I'm trying to focus on my percentages of protein/fats/carbs, aiming for:

Carbs: 45-65%
Protein: 10-35%
Fat: 20-35%

This, I have discovered, will be a bit tricky. But I can do this. I can. And I will.

149.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
