Well,,,,,it seems to be working,,,,,,although I've slacked off on entering my food the last 2 days, and I intend totally to fix that. I am still being very careful thogh,,,,,,
still,,,,,,,I know that historically, I do better when I record my food.
down 9 lbs total though :) I'm a happy camper :)
