On my summer family vacation last month I easily closed the seat belt and had about 5" of slack left over. It felt GREAT! Very Happy

I am a travel agent,,,,,I once requested a seat belt extender for a client through my computer system, and BOY did I get it when she got back,,,,,,

she was screaming and hollering at meShock

I never made that mistake again LOL

anyway, congrats on the weight loss! Whenever I get depressed thinking it will probably be close to 2 years before I lose all this weight,,,,,

I try and remember that it won't be 2 years until I see RESULTS,,,,,and have these little victories,,,,,

and it won't be 2 years until I feel better and look better Smile

what's your favorite quick low fat/calorie or carb lunch meal???? Let us know if it's low fat or low calorie or low carb (or whatever),,,,,,,maybe it's more than one!

My favorite is

1 cup romaine lettuce salad with veggies
4 oz cooked medium shrimp (walmart)
1/8th of a large cantaloupe (cut into bite size pieces)

Mix together,,,,,,

drizzle 2 tbsp of sugar free raspberry vinaigrette over all and enjoy!

quick, fast, no cooking required, cool for summer,,,,,,

it's low(er) carb and low calorie with just over 150 calories,,,,,and it's got barely over a gram of fat.


any other quick, simple lunch ideas?????

I was in your shoes in the 1980's LOL

I was so skinny, I had to gain weight to get pregnant,,,,,,

I kept gaining LOL

Anyway, I know that gaining can be just as frustrating as losing,,,,,,so HUGS!
