That's not a very healthy diet. You should be able to eat 1200 calories a day, get the nutrients your body needs and still lose weight. Anything you do to lose weight, you need to do to keep it off. There is no way you can live like that the rest of your life. The oatmeal is a great start to your day. Add a fruit with it. Get in plenty of lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies.
