This last week was trying. The depression hit me hard and I am still recovering. How long it will be till another strike - I don't know. I am thankful for being able to voice myself here at FS though. It was kind of a relief to let loose and get such kind words in return from so many. Didn't let it stop me from hitting the gym or my treadmill. Have to say, if I could just get to a better point of discipline about the foods I eat and how much, I'd be loosing weight like crazy. But slowly is better - I tell myself that anyways.
In case you can't tell - today is a downer, hoping it picks up as the day progresses. It should - It's my Friday and I have 4 days off....
207.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay four days off. You will get the hang of eating healthier, it just takes time. You are right it is better to lose weight slowly and it increases your chances of keeping it off. I am not discounting getting medical or mental help but, I have found the more active I can force myself to be the better I can handle my depressed states.
