I have been swimming every day since I injured my foot and can not walk long distances. I'm hoping to be back walking at lunch as soon as the wound heals, but I'm enjoying the swims.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
