I'm recording weight today in the hopes that it removes the invalid entry from my chart. The weight listed for today was wrong, so I'm entering a new weight, otherwise I likely wouldn't have weighed myself today. I'm more concerned with the fit of my clothes than my weight. With that said, I had previously lost about 30 lbs and I don't think I was comfortable with myself being skinnier. It sounds strange, but I've always identified as being "the bigger guy" so it felt really strange to not be that person. I'm not saying I ate more to "find" myself again (that was the fault of a screwed up personal life) but I'm going to keep that in mind this time around as I lose the weight. I'll have to rediscover myself along the way and find a new self-image. In reality, I think I'll have to start hitting the weights harder again. :)
