creeping down..... SO does anybody know how DO you get rid of the bellyfat?
136.9 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

There are 3 potential causes of belly buge. Viseral fat, subcutaneous fat or simply internal organs bulging forward due to lack of muscle support. Possibly all 3. My theory is diet to reduce subcutaneous fat, cardio to encourage the viseral fat to shift and core strenghting to support the internal organs. Not easy!
