I know I have been away a long time. I found that I liked the app for MyFitnessPal better. But I am still on the journey... I've gone up and down but stilla t it.... Getting married in 30 days now. AHH!!!!

184.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
