Bad week. Emotional eating overload!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I hope you did not get discouraged by the bad week you had. We all fall off the wagon at times, you need to pick yourself up and try again. we need to break the 70's to the 60's, you wont let me do this alone will you?
