Gosh...I totally fell off the wagon! I haven't worked out consistently in 2 weeks and I just ate, ate, and ate! Geesh! I guess my 7 pound weight gain really shows the damage I've created. Well no more! I'm tired of this roller coaster, of losing weight, gaining weight, losing weight, gaining weight. I need to get on this schedule and stick to it! So here we go....again.
