Hmmmmmm...this week went by quickly and I still binged in a sense. I stopped smoking in Dec. and now find that I grab for food in place of. My goal is to change that into grabbing walk, a jump on my rebounder or a yoga pose etc. etc. etc. instead!!!

its so hard to not snack & pick when stopping smoking. i stopped 5 years ago now & i picked alot sweets, crisps etc.i ended up going from 7.5 stone to 10 stone, its been great though to see im losing the weight & when you start it becomes a replacement for any habit.
keep going and youll get there, dont rush.i took alot longer than alot of people but it gets you more into a routine the longer you do it.and will keep you being fitter & healthier for the rest of your life if you keep going. good luck vivas

That's a good idea, replacing the bad habit with a really good one. I have a big problem with snacking too, I usually try to stop and breathe deeply for 30 counts but in the end I ALWAYS still want the snack and usually cave. For some reason I never thought about making it a lifestyle change to go for a walk or yoga when the craving hits... I wish you well. :)
