woohoo,,,,,,,,so I lost 3 lbs!!!!!!!

In 3 days,,,,,,,,

the joys of water weight loss on a new diet LOL.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1267 kcal Fat: 58.72g | Prot: 103.14g | Carb: 92.18g.   Breakfast: Mayonnaise, Boiled Egg, Cantaloupe (Muskmelon). Lunch: Blueberries, Great Value Large Curd Cottage Cheese. Dinner: Mixed Salad Greens, Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Raspberry Vinaigrette, Margarine (Approx. 48% Fat, Tub), Dutch Country Whole Grain Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned). Snacks/Other: Plums, Plums, Boiled Egg. more...
