All week long my weight has been under 148 (my goal for the week) and going extremely well. Then the last couple days my food intake was way above norm. Email this morning "Weigh In Now". Oh well, this isn't the first time and I'm sure not my last. My flight to Vegas 6:04pm (oh no 10 more hrs), I'm packed, leaving work at 3pm. I'm going to be reasonably good BUT have fun fun fun!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
