Gym InBody scan. Up 2 lbs skeletal muscle mass, down 1.5% body fat. Not too bad coming off vacation. Lots of work to do!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 64.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
