I never thought I would say it but I'm doing weightwatchers. Started monday and have noticed the fast start doesn't leave any points for snacks. This means that the gap between breakfast and lunch is 7 hours. Silly.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Maybe you could take a point from breakfast and 1 from lunch so you can have a 2 point break snack? Rethinking and planning ahead are the hard parts of a healthy lifestyle change for sure.

7 hours is definitely too long to wait between snacks...try to shoot for no more than 3 hours...cut back a bit on your other meals and you will be able to get a 100 calorie snack in.

I eat breakfast at 9am (a 90 calorie granola bar and a huge mug of hot tea with splenda- 2 points) and lunch at noon (a frozen meal of 4-6 points and 0 point broccoli). That is only a 3 hour gap. What time are you eating breakfast???
