I left University last year and after a diet of beige food I decided to make a change. Recently been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (after been misdiagnosed for IBS when I was on a diet of salads 2 years ago?!!). So definity done some improvements on the diet, more healthy and more exercise.

Set some smaller target goals to achieve, before my goal weight.

1st Goal 168ibs (15/08/2010).
2nd Goal 161ibs
3rd Goal 147ibs
