Ok had a rice roll not using a ladder form in the start of owl had a rice roll needed carb after very strenuous workout to help with muscle repair and growth. Gonna play with carbs and lose atkins bars and diet pop and see how that goes. I still in ketosis even after crazy sat night and still committed to roughly 25 net carbs a day for now.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, yes, this stage of the weight lose is really difficult because we are getting close to our goal and sometimes it plays against us, between anxiety and the desire to have more variation in our meals its an psychological roller-coaster. I'm still fighting this, but i dont know how long will i resist to fall into temptation. ;)

It is bad cause as soon as you start you dont want to stop. I am going to see what people say about OWL on the atkins weight loss site.
