OK. I hit my first goal of 200lbs. I am going to reset for 185 now, but I am not going to try and get there as quickly. I know my "healthy weight" is a lot lower, but I don't think it would be healthy for me, my fitness level, or my body type.

I may decide to drop into maintenance mode between now and then as well. We'll see.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
