Fasting blood sugar 138; weight 173.5
Plan for day: IF/Keto/exercise. Rode exercise bike 30 minutes. Too hot to walk this evening.
Macros 9/68/23; 1121 calories; net carbs 20.94; Fiber 5.3.
Short term goal: Drop that 3.5 lbs by Monday evening.
Forgot my lunch and supper meds again, so took lunch meds at bedtime and skipped supper meds. Bedtime glucose was 123, even without meds except those I took at breakfast. Need to leave my pill box on breakfast table so I will remember them during day. Keeping notes tho so I can show doctor I can get by safely without all this diabetic medication.
173.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
