Good 🌅 Long night. I walked to the kitchen, looked at the fridge & turned away & did 40 push ups off the kitchen counter.😁😁😁😁
219.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
