Trying a reasonable diet and shooting for 3 pounds a week. Two weeks in and I have cheated a few times too many but I'm sticking it out. 235 hear I come.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
