Day 6 of keto. I bought test strips yesterday and according to them I am barely in Ketosis if at all? I am losing weight pretty much every day and I am drinking at least 96 ounces of water a day.

Lifted weights this morning after a large breakfast and felt pretty good and did not feel weak like the Adkins diet made me feel when I was younger. I am happy with the weight loss but would like to switch over to burning fat as fuel vs. protein which is concerning me. Oh well!

Shooting for BP of 225 x 20 reps by my birthday. Today did 195 for 3 sets of 10 so I have a long way to go! Also did 137.5 for 20 reps plus some tricep work.
