Saltwater Girl's Journal, 11 August 2020

My progress is snail-paced. I am starting to eat savoury snacks instead of sweet snacks. When I have a sugary craving, I eat some blueberries. I'm into Kombucha drinks at the moment - I hope it helps somehow.
268.1 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
