I’m back..... it definitely took some sacrifice. Averaging 12,000 steps per day and a 2,000 calorie diet. Chloe Ting exercises and more veggies didn’t hurt my progress over the past couple of weeks.

164.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
