I have switched to South Beach Diet and done a strict Phase 1. Ugh no wine for a week! I can't wait til next weekend.
I plan to stay on Phase 2 for at least a month.
Is anyone still out there? I totally didn't check in with this site for almost a year!!! Sorry to let anyone down.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

South Beach is an awesome plan! I have lost almost forty pounds! Here is a tip - easy does it on the carbs portion size during Phase II. I limit the fruit and bread portions. You have to experiment both with food portion amounts and with food combinations during Phase II! I say, "No meat and bread together!"
