Sometimes I get annoyed by the "ups", even though I know that they are normally followed by "downs". I WAY over ate last night at the Toronto Maple Leafs Hockey game. I mean WAY! I didn't log it cause it was restaurant food that I don't know how to describe. That doesn't happen often though ...

Onward and Upward!

You like zig zags perhaps as your weight history looks quite artsie with the zig zags but it is going in the downward motion so no worry. Your track record shows you'll come down again very soon. TOWANDA!!
