810 kcal Fat: 34.39g | Prot: 70.01g | Carb: 68.42g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Skim Milk,  Fried Egg without Fat, Arnold Low Carb Multi Grain Bread. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken, Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortillas, Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing,  Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Dinner: Great Value Broccoli & Cauliflower,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables,  Turkey Burger,  Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Graham Crackers, Dannon Greek Yogurt - Vanilla (Container), Lance Toasty Crackers with Real Peanut Butter. more...

@newname, I rode my bike yesterday on a very hilly road. Did about 4 miles. I think that did it. Lowest I've been in a long time!👏💜
