Must be the ice cream sundae I had yesterday..was whallowing in the fact we are at end of our month long vacation..wahhh..I don't want to go home!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
