Glad to see the needle move down today. Last few days have been long work days with little time to eat properly and exercise. So any day there is a loss is a good day and step in the right direction.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
