Ok, I gained some more weight, but I've got a new perspective on life. Today is a new day. We Can Do It With God's Help!!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 November 2010:

Yes, Cindy we can do this. Remember there is strength in numbers. There are lots of us here and all doing the same thing. Losing or maintaining our weight. Hang in there. It will come off and stay off with determination. Hope you have a wonderful day and stay tough. They talk about tough love, well, that is just what we have to do for ourselves. Keep up the great work.:)

Glad to see you are having a good attitude. You can do it. Visualize yourself thinner, getting on the scale and seeing the numbers being smaller...Here for ya if you need me! Pinky
