Going to be a busy day at work. All day meetings. So, I am going to have to be real conscious about what I eat. When working online it’s real easy to just grab a snack here or snack there. Exercise may be more difficult as well. I will need to find 30 minutes to break.

Either way, I got this for this will be the new normal.!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can you get a little cooler and keep some good snacking choices? Maybe string cheese, or beef jerky, or a piece of fruit (if you're not doing Keto). You've been doing GREAT! Keep up the good work!
