Adaram I realized it was my thoughts and not the caramel that was the poison. I had a really good day today and am glad you are on this journey with me. I was thinking about my guy buddies and thinking how cool is this? Did you ever see a movie where Mel Gibson could all of the sudden read the minds of women? I thought about you and some of my other buddies of the male persuasion. You men sure get an ear full some times and are learning so much more then just keeping track of calories in and out. I thought back to the contract to my body written by a woman and how you rewrote it in the male perspective lol. My husband never really had a weight issue so he has trouble relating to it. He doesn't understand saying push yourself away from the table or...skip a meal lol. I love him but it is hard for us to relate in this department of Food addiction. Oh well, as I said it is very nice getting a male perspective here. TOWANDA!!!!
