Stuck, stuck, stuck! Seriously, I've been hanging out at 171-167 for almost 3 weeks. Frustrating. I switched up my strength training, increased my weights, eating well (for the most part).
169.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 November 2010:
1658 kcal Fat: 57.59g | Prot: 76.85g | Carb: 216.22g.   Breakfast: Ultimate Supreme Pizza, Special K2O Protein Water Strawberry Kiwi Mix. Lunch: 97% Fat Free Honey Cured Turkey Breast, Weight Watchers Smart Ones Angel Hair Marinara. Dinner: Spicy Beef with Shrimp & Bok Choy, light Caesar salad, Rice Noodles (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Healthy Pop 94% Fat Free Butter Flavor Popcorn, Water, Diet Coke (Can), Sam's Cola Mountain Lightning Citrus Flavored Diet Soda, Chocolate Raspberry Liquid Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Frosted Sugar Cookies. more...

"For the most part" may be the problem. If you aren't sure what you are taking in, you may be taking in too much. Then eating less and going down. It's like a yo-yo. Get strict with your plan for a week. Know what is going in your mouth. Drink your water. Watch your sodium intake. Get plenty of protein, fruits and veggies. Sometimes "what" we eat can effect our weight loss (like too much processed stuff). Good luck!
