I was too ashamed to record my weight yesterday, but today is a new day...ACCOUNTABILITY is key to my success...what did I expect when I wasn't diligent about journaling or working out. I'm glad I'm back and I'm ready to start afresh!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have had days like that too. Love the word "accountability". It is the one thing we truly owe to ourselves.

Start over! Record and if its bad, record it anyway. You'll do better just bc you don't want to record bad stuff. Lol good luck!
