I'm now down to 14% body Fat! I posted the details here: www.goferboy.com.

And my new goal weight has me gaining a few pounds. I never thought the day would come that I would have a goal to gain weight!!
169.5 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
