Exercise has been a bust the last two days. So, I’ve focused on watching calories to ensure I can still lose weight. Thankfully I was able to lose. I’ve cut out my coffee and creamer the last few days. Not too sure if that is what’s contributing to my lag in motivation. With any luck, I will be able to focus on fitness once again.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! Your Weight History is impressive. Keep that red dot going downward by continuing exactly what you are doing - when one thing doesn't work, focus on something else to still get the results you want! Bravo!
