I lost another 200g! :)

Yesterday, we went with the neighbors to a christmas market at a gorgeous old mansion. This meant of course a lot of shopping and walking, and of course many temptations: Good food, snacks, samples of candies etc. I am prod to say I have NONE of the goodies on display. I brought my own lunch, and enjoyed it thoroughly. I didn't even feel the urge to try any of it. I think I got rid of my sweet tooth. :)

As I mentioned yesterday, I have upped my RDI to 2500, from my previous 2000. Trouble was that I did not really lose much weight, and I think this was due to too LITTLE calories, something a lot of people seem to experience on FacSecret. Before, my FatSecret RDI was 2900, but I decided to go for 2000, and ended up eating about 1200-1500 per day. Well, I want am now aiming to be between 2000 and 2500, hoping this will get things going a little faster. Yesterday I had a HUGE dinner, more than I really wanted to eat - and I just barely made it past the 2000 cal mark.

So how did I do on the weight loss?

Turns out that yesterday I lost 500g and today I lost 200g. Not bad at all. Hopefully this trend will continue. We will see. Life is good.
311.5 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 124.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
