Followed real well this week.....exercised burnt 698 calories more. I feel really good shedding 32 pounds. I can't wait to go clothes shopping. My pants are getting really baggy. I have a couple pair of pants without all elastic waist band feels really great to zip and button them....and not praying they would zip up and button.
