I figured my weight was water. After the temperature finally cooled down last night I woke up weighing 230 (3 lbs down).

I'm still bloated, but not nearly as bad. Kinda backed up too from bad eating over the past week, so have been taking Metamucil... it's helping so far, I'm finally getting rid of the build up in my tummy.

Hopefully I'll feel right as rain tomorrow morning.


230.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
