Bah a bad weekend!!! Between the heat (33 - 35C! our usual is 24 - 27C) and running out of both money and fresh healthy foods at home... I ate terrible!

The city water tastes discusting due to the silt still in the water treatement plants (still safe to drink, but haven't been drinking much due to taste)... so had been drinking bottled water, fruit juices and pop as I couldn't afford very much bottled water. The water has since improved in taste and I can bear to drink it again today.

That being said, I'm pretty sure I didn't actually gain 6 lbs in FAT, more likely water as I have temperature related edema and boy is it ever a scorcher! We're being told that today is the last day of the heat wave... I sure hope so. I feel so fat and puffy and my ankles are supremely swollen I had to wear sandals and a skirt to work (shocking the heck out of everyone because Tammara NEVER wears skirts or dresses!)

I also lost internet this weekend due to issues with my Wireless router at home... and not having an actual computer to hook up to my modem. So starting again today to keep track of every bite I put into my mouth.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
