Well, I guess keeping track of what I eat is helping. The more tired I am the harder it is, but it is nice to see progress.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, keeping track makes you more aware. It has helped me a lot!

I find keeping my journal is a MUST. I do not eat anything that I have not written down. It keeps those little bites from building up and biting you in the butt when you weigh in later.
