Wow...in a couple of days I’ve lost nearly 10 lbs. hopefully the trend continues. I suspect not because I am closer to the weight I was for a couple of years.

This big jumps are exciting, aren't they!? Most of the time, people who stick with their WOE (Way of Eating) will lose 2-3 pounds a week, so don't be disappointed if the weight loss slows some in the next couple weeks. In the meanwhile, savor those huge victories!!!
