I've been sick with a cold all last week. I haven't worked out in a week and I've tried to watch my caloric intake. Of course, it's easier to eat comfort food when you're sick so I had a bit of that. But I only gained a pound, so I'm happy with that. I still keep processed foods out of my diet, so I know that made a difference. I feel better so I'm back on track. I'm heading to the gym after work and I'm starting to log my food, which I haven't done in a week. So we'll see what next Monday will bring :)
