Ok, getting frustrated here, eating less than before, but still not losing. Loaded a pedometer app onto the smartphone last night and I will be attempting to get my step per day up. Right now just spending LOTS of time at my desk - year ends for my bookkeeping business clients. I was up till 3am finishing one of them. I am exhausted, so will be going back to bed soon I think.

Lack of sleep can actually inhibit weight loss. Our bodies feel tired, our serotin levels fall and tend to eat more carbs to help give us energy and raise serotin levels. Your diet calendar has you with some low and high days. Maybe the high days are too high and that is also contributing to no weight loss. Maybe try a week of 1400 a day and see what happens. Track all food honestly. All those bites, licks and tastes add up. Drink water to flush out sodium and keep things moving. Get plenty of protein and high fiber foods because they keep serotin levels even and help us lose fat better than any other food groups. Get a good nights sleep. Be active! A pedometer is great place to start.
