well it’s a great start. fitness challenge at work starts monday . only 35lbs more to go to be back to my lowest... feeling hopeful that i can do this. i’ve been doing OMAD and i feel it gives me a super strong advantage and doesn’t feel like a diet.... so far i love it
202.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
