Yay, lost a little more.

Yesterday was a hungry day though, struggled a bit. Glad that I did lose.

252.2 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1266 kcal Fat: 74.63g | Prot: 88.39g | Carb: 60.18g.   Breakfast: Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only), Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Greek Salad, Grilled Chicken. Dinner: Beef Sausage (Cooked), Green Peas (Frozen), Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Margarine Added). Snacks/Other: Lowfat Fruit Variety Yoghurt, Almonds. more...
