do you weigh yourself everyday? Ive had to force myself to do it once a week...or every other day. plus, weighing at night is always the worst for me....

Yah, I agree! I just felt like having a more "artistic" looking chart! LOL! No, just kidding! It's a good point! But I've got myself on so many different challenges. I'm supposed to weigh myself every day on one of them. And the others have weigh-in days on different days! I think I have to slow down on the challenges, though, because I lose track! But I think I'm going to also be more cautious about how much sodium I get in my diet. I never really thought about it before, because I tend to have really low blood pressure. But I must be getting too much! So less sodium, more water!

Yeah, I think weighing in at night isn't a good idea. Letting your food settle and digest, and wait for a morning weigh in is best. I have a hard time waiting a week! I find myself in at the scales every other day at least.

I weigh myself everyday but don't record it so I know how the numbers can fluctuate up and down and often without regard to how closely we followed our eating plans. It can mess with our minds, though! Just hang in there. You're doing great!

Keep following your points. It will start moving the right direction. If I eat something salty in it the next morning I am paying for it on the scale.
