End of Week 11 was last Friday (6/14) so 33 pounds in 11.5 weeks--YAY!

Looks like I'll be headed to OWL after next week!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
